I was just looking through the menu seeing what kind of fancy things I could do that I hadn't noticed before... And the age old question of "How do I chat with someone or add someone to my friends list if I don't know where they are at?" Has finally been answered!
There is a "Player Register" accessible by right clicking, system, and player register. From there you type in all or part of the players name and all the results will show up, and shows if they are online or offline and there is a button that you can click to add them as friends!
That's all there is to it!
